Apprenticeships

Caterpillar JobsWesTrac is one of the largest employers and trainers of apprentices in the country with over 500 apprentices employed at any one time.  All of our apprentices undergo a comprehensive and thorough apprenticeship training program either at the WesTrac Institute (WA) or at selected Training WA or TAFE NSW institutions.

The quality of our training is often reflected in the demand for our qualified apprentices, with recruited apprentices usually being offered positions within the company at the conclusion of their apprenticeship.
