Heavy Fabrication and Welding

Major repairs, overhauls and modifications of structural, chassis, bucket’s, tray’s and blades upon all off highway trucks, graders, dozers, excavators and drills are regularly undertaken across our workshops.

Custom Fabrication

Fully engineered modular components and custom transport stands from simple cylinder frames to the largest D11U style blade and track frame transport stands fully engineered, fabricated and welded to the highest specifications and with GPS tracking to ensure the safest transport solutions are available for manufacture.

Machine modifications and repair

Light fabrication tasks completed in the workshops to suit multiple set ups for ladders, fender and platforms, fire suppression mounting, handrails, lighting, autonomous conversions and many more mounting solutions all custom engineered and designed to support the customer’s specific requirements.
