A FitFleet Premium CVA is one of the four levels of CVAs offered by WesTrac and comes included as standard on all new machines. It takes a more ‘hands off’ approach to machine maintenance with WesTrac handling all of your preventative maintenance events with a Cat certified maintenance plan and recorded service history.

FitFleet Premium offers you peace of mind maintenance with fixed fees at all service intervals, so you can remain focused on delivering quality work knowing that all of your machine maintenance is in the best hands.

With your excavator on a FitFleet Premium CVA you’ll benefit from

  • Connected machine with data insights: Access to your machine data to track the health of your machine and understand how it's performing through VisionLink™, Cat Inspect and Scheduled Oil Sampling (SOS).
  • Condition monitoring: Advice and instructions through asset condition monitoring reports to keep your machine running and to prevent unscheduled downtime.
  • Genuine Cat parts and trained dealer labour: You won’t need to worry about parts, our Field Service technicians will bring the genuine Cat parts needed when they complete your preventative maintenance event.
  • Prioritised Servicing: WesTrac will prioritise all of your preventative maintenance events and handle them with a Cat certified maintenance plan and recorded service history.
  • FitFleet Customer Portal: Access to the FitFleet Customer Portal to view your machine health data, service events and invoices all in one place.
  • Increased machine productivity: A proactively maintained machine that leads to a longer life and increased productivity.
  • Known fixed costs: Hourly rate with an upfront fixed fee for service intervals from 0 to 3,000 hours.
  • Reduced labour and travel rates.
 

How FitFleet Premium works

WesTrac will monitor your machine's utilisation and when the machine is approaching a service interval, we’ll open a service job at the closest WesTrac branch to your machine, and book it in as soon as possible.

A WesTrac Technician will perform the required service using Cat Inspect. They’ll also conduct a fluid sampling analysis to pick up anything going on inside your machine.

Services are invoiced as per the below fixed fee pricing schedule.

   Cat Mini Excavators

     Service fee prices for our Cat mini excavator range from 301.5 to 309. Prices valid until 31 December 2024.



   Cat Medium Hydraulic Excavators

     Service fee prices for our Cat medium hydraulic excavator range from 315 to 330. Prices valid until 31 December 2024.



   Cat Large Excavators

     Service fee prices for our Cat large hydraulic excavator range from 336 to 340. Prices valid until 31 December 2024.
