How to register an account on PCC
This user guide walks you through the registration process of a new user on Parts.Cat.Com.

Visits Parts.Cat.Com
Your first step involves visiting Parts.Cat.Com (PCC).
The easiest way to do this is to access 'Online Tools' in the top right of the WesTrac website and click 'Parts.Cat.Com' in the drop-down menu.
We recommend bookmarking the link in your browser for future use.
Register on Parts.Cat.Com
Click the 'Sign In | Register' link in the top right of PCC.
Create Account
Click the light grey 'Create Account' button when prompted.
Complete Registration Form
Complete the registration form.
Start by inputting your Dealer Customer Number (DCN) if known. If you have one, but are unsure, please call email partstore@westrac.com.au. If you don't have one, leave it blank.
By default your username will be your email address. You are able to enter your own username by overwriting the email address.
Be sure to tick the acceptance box for Caterpillar's T&Cs and click the dark grey 'Complete Registration' button when you are finished.
Logged On
You are now logged on and assigned to a Cash Account.
Connect User ID to WesTrac Account
At this stage, you can order parts and pay by credit card. A WesTrac team member will move your User ID onto your WesTrac account within 24-48 hours. If you need this occur urgently, please email partstore@westrac.com.au.
