A FitFleet™ product support contract will deliver you data-driven insights into the overall health of your machines. It provides a complete picture in real-time, ensuring optimal performance through ongoing and timely maintenance. Discover the four levels of FitFleet below and choose the level most suited to your operation.

FitFleet Essentials Logo
  • Access to data-driven insights into the overall health of your machines.
  • Genuine Cat Parts delivered to your site, when you order them, so you can perform maintenance on your schedule.

This level is FREE and comes with standard with all new machines and can be applied to any older machine.

It involves us contacting you when a service is due to advise on PM parts costs and to organise delivery.

Suitability: If you prefer to do maintenance yourself and 'pay as you go', without any ongoing commitments.

FitFleet Plus Logo
  • Access to data-driven insights into the overall health of your machines.
  • Genuine Cat Parts delivered to your site so you can perform maintenance on your schedule, with no surprise costs.

This level is an upgrade from Essentials and requires a signed agreement.

It involves us contacting you when a service is due to organise delivery. Costs are automatically covered in the agreement and are based on a 'per hour' rate for the machine. You only pay when your machines are being used.

Suitability: If you prefer to do maintenance yourself and want a smooth cash flow.

FitFleet Premium Logo
  • Access to data-driven insights into the overall health of your machines.
  • Genuine Cat Parts delivered to your site by WesTrac technicians who perform all required maintenance, with no surprise costs.

This level is an upgrade from Plus and requires a signed agreement.

It involves us contacting you to let you know when maintenance will be performed on your machine. Costs are covered in the agreement and are based on a 'per hour' rate for the machine.

Suitability: If you want all maintenance taken care of by WesTrac and a smooth cash flow.

FitFleet Ultimate Logo
  • Access to data-driven insights into the overall health of your machines.
  • All the benefits of Plus, with WesTrac becoming your partner in failure and financial risk management.

This level is an upgrade from Premium and requires a signed agreement.

It involves us contacting you to let you know when maintenance or repairs will be performed on your machine. Costs are covered in the agreement and are based on a 'per hour' rate for the machine.

Suitability: If you want all maintenance and repairs taken care of by WesTrac and a smooth cash flow.

FitFleet FAQs

Do all levels include access to machine data, insights, advice and instructions?

Yes, even on Essentials. Everybody on FitFleet will be able to leverage their machine data (utilisation and health) to make smarter business decisions. You'll access this data via a customer portal.

Who performs inspections?

If you are on Essentials or Plus, you'll perform your own inspections. We recommend Cat Inspect.

If you are on Premium or Ultimate, we perform all inspections.

Are genuine Cat fluids included?

Yes, on Premium and Ultimate only.

For Essentials and Plus, you'll pay as you go.

Is fluid health management included?

Yes, on Plus, Premium and Ultimate only.

For Essentials, you'll pay as you go.

 

How long will my machine stay on FitFleet?

For Essentials, the term of agreement is the same as your machine's warranty period. This is usually 12 months.

For all other levels, the term is specified in the agreement and is completely up to you.

Are there any related T&Cs?

To remain on Essentials, which is free, you'll need to:

  • Purchase genuine Cat PM Parts from WesTrac, i.e. you can't purchase parts from another supplier or use non-Cat parts; and
  • Use WesTrac for fluid health management OR perform an annual TA1 inspection using Cat Inspect.

For all other levels, all terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement. Every agreement is customised to suit your operation.
