Caterpillar JobsWesTrac believes its most valuable resource is its people. Therefore training and developing is a key initiative, with apprenticeship training a focus. All our apprentices undergo comprehensive and thorough apprenticeship training programs either at the WesTrac Institute (WA or NSW) or at selected external training programs.

The quality of our training is often reflected in the demand for our qualified apprentices, with recruited apprentices usually being offered positions within the company at the conclusion of their apprenticeship
