WesTrac’s core business is to supply new and used Caterpillar machinery which service the construction, mining, forestry, local government, quarry, rental, on highway truck and marine markets.  To support these markets and the needs of its customers, WesTrac® has strategically placed in excess of 30 branch locations throughout its territories.   

To support the supply of equipment through market leading after-sales service, WesTrac® has invested heavily in information technology, workshop equipment and tooling. 

However, WesTrac® believes its greatest investment is in its people.  Among its 3,000 employees are a large number of apprentices who will cater for the future needs of the company.

WesTrac® takes great pride in its Apprentice Programme and as such is the biggest employer of apprentices outside of the government.

WesTrac® offices are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for customer parts and service requirements.

Although WesTrac® is considered one of the outstanding dealerships in the global Caterpillar network, WesTrac’s vision is to be recognised as the best machinery dealership in the world.
