FLUID SAMPLING LAB NEWCASTLE

The WesTrac fluid sampling lab at Tomago, near Newcastle, is a cutting-edge Scheduled Oil Sampling (S•O•S) facility designed to deliver rapid, high-precision fluid analysis for heavy machinery and industrial equipment.

Recently upgraded with three state-of-the-art robotic AutoLab instruments, the lab integrates six separate testing procedures into a single automated workflow, doubling its capacity to 1,200 samples per day. This innovation enhances diagnostic accuracy and speeds up turnaround times, while the AutoA interpretation software streamlines reporting by automatically clearing “no action required” results without technician input.
