Parental leave
If you are an eligible team member who is a primary carer, you'll receive 12 weeks paid leave to care for your newborn. If you are a non-primary carer, you'll receive one week. You'll also be provided with the support and resources you'll need to plan your return to work and manage your career as a working parent.
Additional leave
In addition to annual, sick and long service leave, we also offer the following options to eligible team members: Parental, purchased, unpaid, carers, study, community service, and compassionate leave.
Flexible work arrangements
To ensure you'll have a healthy work-life balance, we offer flexible working hours and work from home arrangements (if your role suits this).

Company funded income protection

As a WesTrac team member, you and your immediate family members will receive access to short-term confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Wellbeing programs
To maintain or improve your health and wellbeing, we run a variety of programs to help employees take care of their physical and mental health. Examples of this include access to free boot camps and yoga sessions at some branches.
