• Choose a size that fits your work best, with widths from 1250-3000 mm (49-118 in). The smaller sizes can accommodate sidewalk widths without rework, while the wider sizes can grade larger areas in a short amount of time.
• Achieve an exact plan with your grading beams. When used with a tiltrotator, grading beams are compatible with your machine’s Grade technology.
• Retain material better with firm, solid extended sides and side plates with height extension.
• Work in clay, silt, or other wet, sticky materials and prevent them from sticking on the roller with the adjustable scraper.
• Cut through piles of material with large opening on the top side of the beam for material overflow.

• Additional, highly abrasion-resistant wear protection on the bottom ofthe beam protects the frame in gravel or other abrasive material types.
• The beam’s welded frame increases the structural integrity.
• Support plates added to heavy duty frame extends beam strengthand overall life.
• Deeper wear edge on bottom for longer beam life and material flowand retention.

• Pair the grading beam with a tiltrotator to achieve the most dynamicuse.
• Utilize the tiltrotator’s 360° bidirectional and 45° left and rightrotation.
• Adjust roller, with bearings on both ends, for desired level of compactiondepending on material type.
• Align the proper width of beam to your job or application with theflexibility of different bolt-on bracket sizes to fit multiple sizes ofcouplers, tiltrotators, and machines.
• Use the grading beam for leveling gravel, soil and other loosematerials, to smooth surfaces, and compact ground.
