FitFleet® is an ongoing support and maintenance solution provided by WesTrac, for an individual machine of any brand, that encompasses both an agreement and access to an online portal that provides data-driven insights into the overall health and utilisation of that machine. There are four types of FitFleet agreements available with each offering different levels of support – Essentials, Plus, Premium and Ultimate.
Suitability: If you prefer to do maintenance yourself and 'pay as you go', without any ongoing commitments.
Via the FitFleet Portal, you get access to data-driven insights into your machine's health and utilisation.
We contact you when a service is due to advise on parts and labour costs, then you place your order and we’ll organise delivery and charge as you go.
Can all FitFleet levels be bundled up into a new machine sale?
Yes, we can do this for all four levels.
How long will my machine stay on FitFleet?
For Essentials, the term of agreement is the same as your machine's warranty period or 12 months if you have purchased a Cat Certified Used machine.
If you are on Plus, Premium or Ultimate, the term is specified in your agreement and is completely up to you. For Plus, we recommend 12 months or more. For Premium and Ultimate, we recommend two years or more.
Are there any related T&Cs?
To remain on Essentials, you'll need to:
Purchase genuine Cat PM Parts from WesTrac, i.e. you can't purchase parts from another supplier or use non-Cat parts; and
Use WesTrac for fluid health management OR perform an annual TA1 inspection using Cat Inspect.
For all other levels, all terms and conditions will be specified in the agreement. Every agreement is customised to suit your operation.
FFT is an end-to-end solution that helps you get the most out of your Cat Next Gen Performance Excavator with additional technology support from WesTrac. FFT is a 'Tech Support' upgrade that can be applied to all FitFleet levels. It's suitable for customers who want the best technical support possible.
