VisionLink Productivity is a cloud-based platform that gathers and analyses Cat Production Measurement, machine and jobsite data from all your construction equipment.

Data is transmitted from Cat Product Link™ hardware directly to the web platform, for you to access wherever you are, via your mobile, tablet or desktop device. VisionLink Productivity helps to deliver real benefits such as fuel reduction, cost reduction, improved productivity, and more.

As a construction site or quarry manager, owner or operator, it is critical that you understand how your assets are being utilised and how work is flowing through your operations. This is essential for managing and optimising your jobsite. VisionLink Productivity provides you with a complete overview of machine performance and production, so you can maximise productivity and efficiency.

How does VisionLink Productivity work?

Detailed machine data – location, payload and fuel burn – combine with intelligent analytics to create a complete picture of your jobsite.

Data such as daily totals for cycle counts, payload (if supported) and runtime hours are available for assets with Performance subscriptions (see VisionLink page for more information).

With a Performance Pro subscription, you can build a jobsite and visualise machine activity on it at a cycle-by-cycle level. You’ll be able to see time and location of loading, dumping and idling events to identify opportunities for improvements. You’ll also be able to set zones, material lists and truck lists to track material movement accurately.
