Click & Collect
Click & Collect is an industry-first parts delivery service from WesTrac: 24/7 access lockers that keep your parts secure until you’re ready to pick them up. Our first set of lockers are located at the following sites, with more to follow at other locations throughout 2020:
- Outside of Caringbah Coates Hire (accessible via the Koonya Circuit entrance)
- 1 Crescent Street, Holroyd (our old Sydney branch location)
- WesTrac Sydney - 280 Beech Rd, Casula NSW 2170
How does it work?
Order and collect your parts in three easy steps!
1. Order
Order your parts through Parts.Cat.Com (PCC) and select ‘Click & Collect’ as your store location.
Note: WesTrac will notify you if your part or parts are too large.
2. Receive notification
You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up at your nearest Click & Collect locker location.
3. Pick Up
Pick up your parts within anytime within 48 hours from your order’s delivery.
With 24 hour pick up, convenient locations and no restrictions on who can pick up your parts, it's never been easier to keep you machines, and business, moving.
Plus, with Click & Collect, anybody can pick up an order – no PPE required!
