Further education assistance
WesTrac offers a further education program to ensure you can progress your career and reach your full potential.
We have a leadership development program with a strong focus on culture and management. If you qualify for this program, you'll be fast-tracked into a leadership position.
If you are an eligible team member who is a primary carer, you'll receive ten weeks paid leave to care for your newborn. If you are a non-primary carer, you'll receive one week. You'll also be provided with the support and resources you'll need to plan your return to work and manage your career as a working parent.
In addition to annual, sick and long service leave, we also offer the following options to eligible team members: Parental, purchased, unpaid, carers, study, community service, and compassionate leave.
