• Our facility is equipped to service all Cat pump, motor, valve, circle drives and accumulators
• We have lapping machines that can recondition pump and motor components to the Caterpillar® rework specification guidelines
• Our variable speed pump and motor test rig is capable of 350 lpm and pressures up to 380 bar. This variable speed test rig gives us the ability to test pumps and motors after repair
• We have experienced hydraulic service technicians across NSW and the ACT. Our specialists have years of experience repairing and troubleshooting Cat hydraulic components and systems
• We offer hydraulic fluid analysis services through our Scheduled Oil Sampling (S•O•S) lab

• Our hydraulic specialists can assist with troubleshooting hydraulic issues
• Through hydraulic fluid sample analysis, contamination can be detected before a component fails. For example, if brass is detected in a hydraulic oil sample, it may be an indication of excessive internal pump or motor wear. This service can alert you to the need to replace components prior to failure, reducing costly repairs
• Our 350 lpm pump and motor test rig is capable of working pressures of up to 380 bar (mineral oil), which allows us to test units up to 1,000cc
• Our rig can test electronic, hydraulic and manual controllers, meaning we can verify all control functions after repair. With data logging, including fluid cleanliness and temperature as part of standard test procedures, reports can be provided on request
• Our spherical lapping and machine flat lapping machines mean worn components can be reconditioned instead of replaced. Reconditioning pistons, valve plates, cylinder blocks and thrust plates saves repair costs
