Product Link 4G Upgrade Required on Cat® Products

As network carriers retire their 2G/3G networks to expand and support the 4G/5G networks, Product Link devices communicating on 2G/3G networks will soon stop reporting and will need to be replaced with a 4G device. This is to ensure valuable information such as fault codes, asset utilisation, fuel burn and location shared from your machine through the Product Link device does not disappear and allows us to continue to support your machine(s) health over cellular networks. Devices that are not replaced with 4G will cease reporting and no longer be supported over cellular networks.
