FitFleet Optimisation Release (April 2024)

Learn about the latest FitFleet finance features and new functionality.

New features were released for the FitFleet Customer Portal in April 2024. Functionality added to the dashboard in this release both expanded on existing features as well as adding new enhancements not previously available to customers.

A summary of this release is below:

Parts  Advanced Search and CSV Download  Ability to run an advanced filter search for parts orders, as well as a CSV download based on all entries or the filtered search results 
 Finance Paid Invoices | Promise to Pay  In the Invoice List tile if an invoice has been paid, we have removed the 'Promise to Pay' dropdown link 
Fleet  Total Assets | Service Request Button Change  We have removed the separate "Request PIP / PSP Service' link to streamline service requests to the one enquiry form 
 All  Additional Customer Number Access Ability to add more than two customer numbers to a single account, allowing you to see data relating to multiple business' at once
 FitFleet Signup | Terms Acceptance We have added a checkbox and link to terms for acceptance as part of the FitFleet signup process. For current users a retroactive terms acceptance pop up will appear at log in 
 Organisation Name Updates Any organisation name updates given to customer / sales reps will automatically be reflected in the portal to avoid the need for manual changes by the user once updated in our internal systems 
Performance Enhancements Behind the scenes work to improve portal performance and enhance your user experience
